第七届中国仓储业大会在京召开

   6月18~19日，由中国仓储协会主办的第七届中国仓储业大会(2012CAWS年会)在京举行。全国政协经济委员会副主任、中国商业联合会会长张志刚，国家发改委经济运行调节局副局长王慧敏，商务部流通业发展司副司长王选庆，中国仓储协会会长沈绍基等出席会议并发言。

        中国仓储协会会长沈绍基作了题为《2011年全国仓储业发展情况》的报告。他表示，去年以来，仓储业继续保持了良好的发展势头，各类仓储设施快速增长，仓储业各项增值服务的创新与新兴仓储经营业态的增长势头不减，仓储机械设备与新技术的应用需求持续增长，并且仓储行业管理也即将迈入正轨。但他同时也指出，仓储业发展中还存在一些值得关注的新情况、新问题，如仓储租金普遍上涨，仓储企业库存量增加、周转放缓，土地与仓库产权分离现象日益普遍等较为突出。

        国家发改委经济运行调节局副局长王慧敏在分析了当前经济运行与物流业发展情况后指出，当前，我国经济发展面临的国内外环境比较复杂，国内经济下行压力较大，而世界经济复苏艰巨性日益显现。受宏观经济发展影响，社会物流需求明显放缓，物流企业赢利空间不断压缩。为此，她表示下一步将着力落实促进物流业发展的相关政策，全面实施和落实“十二五”时期的相关规划，实现运输、仓储设施、物流园区、配送中心的合理布局和衔接配套，确保符合经济转型升级需要和产业发展方向的领域得到支持和优先发展，并积极引导创新物流运作模式。她还特别强调，要推广应用先进技术，更好地发挥物流科技和信息化的支撑和引领作用，推广物联网应用，发展先进的物流装备设施，鼓励和支持对信息平台的整合、集约和规范，提高物流设施的利用率和运作效率。
